They told me to go to the branch if I wanted it as they would get around to sending it when they got around to it. If their was a problem it usually was resolved immediately by the friendly staff at BMO. Not a good bank stay with. This was the situation when the Seattle branch was a small, local bank, and deteriorated after being acquired by the Harris, then BMO. The trust management specialists are poorly informed about trust law including those who are trust lawyers!
